Dewey Wilbur is a lunatic with a gun and a time machine.

Fighting crime and smuggling booze with his halfwit partner Michael, Dewey travels through time to steal alcohol from the future to sell during the prohibition if the 1920s, all the while being chased by a mysterious man in a white coat.
